Administrative Units| University Secretary

The University secretary is concerned with policy formulation as well as policy direction and implementation. He is the secretary to the university's Executive Board and maintains correspondence files of the Executive Board. He maintains registers and other documents and records of the university. He is also the custodian of the university seal and responsible for its application to documents of the university. In performance of his duties, the university secretary is responsible to the rector through the vice rector responsible for finance and administration.
