The Rector Meets With The CEO, Next Media, Dr. Kin Kalisa

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ismail Simbwa Gyagenda, Rector IUIU yesterday met with the CEO, Next Media, Dr. Kin Kalisa at the Next Media Complex, Naguru Hill.

Prof. Gyagenda, accompanied by Prof. Sadat, congratulated Dr. Kalisa for the magnificent complex.

Both leaders discussed matters of mutual interest. They stressed the need for Institutional planning and development, the indispensability of a good work ethic, and they observed that Institutions in the 4th Industrial Revolution have to re-invent themselves, re-think and re-imagine how to thrive in a Post Covid-19 era.

Dr. Kin observed that the two had visited him the day he had just moved into his new office.

The two Institutions will soon discuss long-term collaboration that exploits the intersection between Media and Higher Institutions of Education (HIEs)
