Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU) Poised For Enhanced Internationalisation and Collaborations

Dr Halima Wakabi Akbar, the Academic Registrar Islamic University in Uganda was one of the 14 participants from Africa nominated for the International Visitor Leadership Program ( IVPL) supported and organized by The USA State Government through its missions to foster collaborations.

She will explore successful models of University collaborations in the USA to increase staff and student exchanges, joint research and human resource enhancement and capacity building. It is also a move towards internationalization of curriculum and faculty/University.
