The Islamic University in Uganda is listed as an international partner university of the 4th International Artuklu Congress on Economics, Administrative and Political Sciences. The congress will take place from 26 to 28 November 2026 at Mardin Artuklu University, Türkiye, in hybrid format, so academics may present on-site or online.
Theme
The congress is held under the theme "Transformation in an Age of Uncertainty: Towards an Inclusive, Secure, Resilient, and Sustainable Future." It treats uncertainty not only as a source of risk but also as an opportunity for institutional renewal, democratic resilience and inclusive policymaking.
Areas of submission
Papers are welcome in economics, business administration, public administration, political science, international relations, accounting, finance, auditing, social policy and regional development. The sub-themes include global political economy, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, organisational resilience, democratic resilience and security, migration and social policy, and the multipolar world order. Theoretical, empirical, applied and interdisciplinary studies are accepted.
Participation fees
Participation with a paper is free of charge for international participants.

Presenters may publish in the abstract proceedings and the full paper proceedings. Selected papers may also be considered for peer-reviewed journals linked to the congress, subject to each journal's independent review.
