3rd IUIU FM Annual Quran Competition

The much-anticipated 3rd IUIU FM Annual Quran Competition is underway, at IUIU Main Campus Mbale.

The competition, which commenced on March 2, 2025, has drawn participation from over 20 schools. More than 200 students from the Bugisu and Bukedi Sub-Regions are showcasing their Quranic recitation and memorization skills.

Organized by 93.1 IUIU FM MBALE, under the umbrella of the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), this year’s competition is themed:

"Nurturing Quranic Talent and Promoting the Love of the Prophet’s Sunnah."

The event aims to inspire young learners to deepen their understanding of the Holy Quran while embracing the teachings and traditions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The finals are set to be held on 20th March 2025, Stay tuned for more updates as the competition progresses!
