IUIU has been Awarded as the Best Private University

The Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) has been awarded as the Best Private University for the second time. This prestigious recognition was announced at the Consumers Choice Award Gala Dinner held in September 2023 at the Golf Course Conference Hall in Kampala.

The Rector, Prof. Ismail Simbwa Gyagenda, graciously accepted the award, accompanied by Dr. Jamil Serwanga, Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Dr. Kasule Twaha, Director of IUIU Kampala Campus, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Madinah Nabukeera, Director of IUIU Females' Campus in Kabojja, and Mr. Mutyaba Abdallah, Senior Administrative Assistant, among other distinguished individuals.
