Shamsuddin Bolatito, Aina-Obe (PhD) is a Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) at Islamic University In Uganda, Mbale main campus.
He holds Ph.D. in Public Administration with 5 years of University lecturing in Khartoum, Sudan before joining IUIU and a visiting lecturer with Crescent University, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Before joining IUIU, he was Director of Administration, Research and Training at Sheikh Abdallah Makki Centre for Training and Reformation of Thought, Khartoum, Sudan.
He was founding delegate to Organization of Islamic Countries; OIC-Young Entrepreneur Conference, Baku- Azerbaijan in 2011, a delegate to United Nations 5th conference on Least Developed Nations, Istanbul-Turkey 2011. He was also Sudan Youth Ambassador to 'One Young World' summit in Pittsburgh, United States in November 2012 and a youth delegate to 'Global Young Leaders Summit-Model United Nations Summit at New York City in March 2013.
He holds a Diploma in Arabic and Islamic Studies from Sulaiman College of Arabic and Islamic Studies, an affiliate of University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Bachelour of Science in Political Science from University of Juba, Khartoum campus, M.sc and PhD in Public Administration at Sudan University of Science and Technology. He also bagged Certificate in Total Quality Management (TQM) from the same university.
He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources Management (expert) with American Society of Management, Illinois, USA, where he obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM Expert) in practices and management and another Certificate in United Nations Studies and International Understanding with International Academy for Sciences and Advance Management Institute, Khartoum, Sudan.
He is married with Children.
