The ERP system is a 100% in-house developed ERP for Higher Educational management and is the key Information system of the university currently managing over 90% of all core operational data. The system is divided into core functional areas called Centres for easier deployment and management.



CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY BASE

ACADEMICS CENTRE

  • Admissions (Data Capture, Manual Admission, Auto generation of letters and lists, new students registration, student bio data maintenance)
  • Registration (Semesterly registration and tracking of student availability. Students can be Registered, Unregistered, Dead Year, Halted etc. Course Registration is included)
  • TimeTables Management (For teaching and examinations are available – manually generated. Used in part timer payment, teaching load monitoring etc).
  • Faculty management (Programmes, Courses, departments and other faculty data maintenance)
  • Examinations Management (TimeTables, Marking Budgeting, Blank Exam Attendance & Marksheet generation, Sitting Plan generation)
  • Results (Data Capture, Updates, generation of result slips, academic profiles, draft transcripts)
  • Documentation (Generation of transcripts on pre-formatted paper, certificates, tracking of transcript printing records)
  • Student ID Management (Secure generation of student identity cards, integrated with Central registration and warden registration)
  • Analysis (Statisical Analysis of enrolment, admissions, graduation etc. Data is exportable into Excel)
  • Graduation management (Maintenance of graduation lists, management of group transcripts and certificates for graduands)
  • Scholarship Management (Manage donors, students , perrformamce tracking, auto-generation of award, warning and withdrawal letters)


FINANCE CENTRE

  • Store Management (Capture suppliers, incoming stock, issues, stock level tracking, supplier ledge maintenance, procurement planning)
  • Full time payroll (Staff Data access, monthly computations of all entitlements and deductions, full compliance with national taxation policies)
  • Short Contract Payroll (Staff Data access, Capture Teaching records, monthly computations of all entitlements and deductions, full compliance with national taxation policies)
  • Accounting management (Capture Income, expenses, asset and liability for generation of income statements, balance sheets and other accounting documents).


LIBRARY CENTRE

  • Catalog Management (Capture Library Books & other resources enable access via staff and student portal)
  • Circulation (Capture issues, returns, defaulters billing and fines)
  • Digital Library (Upload Electronic content, enable download via staff and student pportal)
