IUSU Mobilizes Secondary School Students to Join IUIU

Islamic University Students’Union (IUSU) mobilizes O’Level and A’level students in Mbale city to consider IUIU as their first-choice institution as they prepare for their final year examinations. This was during prayer/Dua and handover day of the Muslim students’ Association at Nkoma SS where a team of guild leaders led by Hon. Kaye Hussein Usama the deputy General Secretary attended.  Hon. Kaye Hussein Usama delivered this message on behalf of the guild president of the Islamic University in Uganda H.E Usama Sekikofu.  Mr. Kaye advised the students that IUIU is the only institution that has the course at all levels. "IUIU should be your first choice after here, the university has several studies at all levels starting from certificates," said Hon. Kaye

The Dua brought together students from various schools in Mbale city and the Mbale district.

Nasikombi Sarah the head of counseling at Nkoma SS and also an alumnus of the Islamic University in Uganda told the students to be obedient to their teachers, you are not the first one to sit for these exams, and many people did S.4 and S.6 many years ago from hearing. Please respect your elders and do consultations with the teachers". She said

 Rahaman Yakub, the deputy head teacher in charge of the administration of Nkoma SS appreciated all the staff members both teaching and non-teaching staff for their effort toward the development of Nkoma SS. He also called upon the students to work hard and reminded them about the mission that they have to achieve as they sit for their examinations.

"To the nonteaching staff, I thank you for your work to work the learning of our students. And to the students, please you are hearing about a mission that is very strong and important in your life and to the school. therefore, read very hard to mark sure you achieve it". Said Mr.Rahaman Yakub.
